Dennis L. Horn was admitted to the Mississippi Bar on October, 6, 1975. Horn graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1971 and from University of North Carolina Law School in 1974.

Shirley Payne was admitted to the Mississippi Bar on September 13, 1977. Payne graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1973 with a BA in Philosophy and with Honours from study in Oxford, England. She graduated from University of North Carolina Law School in 1977.

Both Horn and Payne are AV rated, 5 out of 5, in Martindale-Hubbell peer review.

Leigh Horn was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 2017. Leigh graduated from Vassar College with a BA in Art in 2008. She graduated from University of Mississippi Law School in December 2016.
